Every piece is handcrafted, making each item unique. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, or dimensions are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability may vary, and we reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
Processing, Shipping & Local Delivery
Most pieces are made to order and typically require approximately one week for production before shipment. Shipping and local delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Local delivery is available within our designated service area for the advertised delivery fee, and delivery details will be coordinated after purchase. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available, and responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier marks it as delivered. From Mars is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after delivery; however, if a package is lost in transit before being marked as delivered, please contact us and we will gladly assist in contacting the shipping carrier and exploring available solutions. For local deliveries completed by From Mars, responsibility transfers once the order has been successfully delivered to the agreed-upon delivery location.
Returns & Repairs
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If your jewelry experiences a craftsmanship issue within six months of purchase, please contact us. We will gladly inspect the piece and, when appropriate, repair it at no cost. Damage resulting from normal wear, accidents, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs is not covered, though we will always do our best to offer an affordable repair solution.
Jewelry Care
Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. Proper storage, routine cleaning, and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals will help preserve your jewelry's appearance and longevity.
